I am Rosanna, after having been an entrepreneur in the communications and marketing sector for 15 years. Having been the editor of a magazine for real estate agencies and collaborating in the family construction company, I entered the world of coaching by helping entrepreneurs improve their performance thanks to marketing strategies and customer loyalty.

In 2013 I moved to the Mediterranean island of Malta and started focusing on my latent passion: investing in real estate. I bought some properties to renovate. So I decided to try my hand at this profession as a real estate agent and Property Finder, in light of the fact I already had experience in construction in Italy, so it was absolutely not a new world for me.

Yes, you can write me an email to info@rosannabinotto.com I usually answer these kinds of requests in a day. I do it willingly and always give valuable information, free of charge. I do it compatibly with the commitments made with clients that are paying me to be their property Finder. As you might understand, I have to give them priority because it is fair and ethical.
For these reasons, the free support I can give you is limited, but you can use the materials and articles you will find on this blog. You will see that, if you read all the articles carefully, many of the questions on how to understand whether you are choosing the right property to live in or investing on a good property, will be answered.
What I highly recommend is to leave a comment under one of the blog articles. I will definitely reply with an answer that will benefit all readers.
